I have a Clayton 1.5" lift and had to add 3/4" spacer lift to the rear to take care of sag from my load out. It's not a big deal, if you like your ride don't switch out your springs, just add the rear spacers.
So many suggestions on spending money you don't have to for a simple fix.
I have one. Yes, both pin locks need to be pulled out, together or each separately. Maybe remove a pin or blank the hole over it you only want one lock. It will probably rattle a bit but it should still hold the table up.
I'm happy with my ikamper 2.0, it took a while to get the right sleeping pad for it but a fairly cheap self inflator works great. If you need anything more than 3" of foam and/or air to sleep on because of hip or back issues take that into consideration too.
I just did my ball joints too at 60k miles with dynatracs, night and day difference. Look around to maybe replace your aluminum knuckles while you're at it.
The Clayton 1.5 with 35s is ideal. I'm still very happy with my setup.
