Well I decided today I was going to take the next few days and start from scratch. I pulled everything off the front that I touched when I did the lift. The plan was to look at each part and figure out what the hell is causing this. As I started going through the pile of parts I started with the track bar brace. Never noticed it when it was on the Jeep but with it off you can clearly see the holes are wallowed out and so were the holes on the frame. First step reinforce the brace and size the hole to the 9/16 bolt that fits tight in the track bar bushings.
Also fixed the frame but didn’t grab photos. I’m fixing this thing if it’s the last thing I do!?
