Squeaking noise from rear

3.5” rough country lift. Not sure if this is something i need to be concerned about? It happens when getting in and getting out the jeep. Stepping on the step bar to get in/out. Can also hear if i push down on the rear.

FWIW, my Rubi started rear squeaking on passenger side. I got under there and sprayed WD40 over all the bolts, arm joins, and where the springs sit in axle/body, any connection I could find. It went away.
