Hey Guys,

I am finally setting up my 19 JL for flat towing with motorhome. I am installing the AirForce one braking system and the Mopar wire hardness. I already have the Mopar harness ran, and sure enough, it doesn't work. Do you have to have Jeep in toe mode for the lights to work? I also couldn't get the end wires to go into the white plug very well, so that maybe it as well. Any Advice on that would be great.

Also, for those of you with the Rock hard bumper, how hard was it to drill holes in it for the airline and breakaway switch? Does anyone know the sizes of the holes I need to drill? Also, if I could use some advice on the placement of the breakaway and airline. Pics would be great, Thanks!!

I haven't completed my wiring set up yet, but I have a Rock Hard Aluminum bumper. Aluminum is easy to drill and weighs only 37lbs. I know it costs a bit more, but I really like it. I have the Blue Ox adapters attached. If I was to do it again, I would mount the adapters on the bottom two bolts because I got some locking D-rings and they interfered with the Blue Ox brackets. Normal d-rings are fine.

I have the Rockhard and the mopar harness. I let the dealer install my harness. I did the bumper.
The lights work once the cable is plugged in. Drilling is easy with the aluminum bumper. Your going to love this set up.

Where did you mount the plug for the light wires?
