Spring rates

I have a metal cloak game changer 2.5 lift, 2024 Rubicon X I’m running the black shocks aside from a lot of problems with the initial installation via reputable shop” the ride is horrible. It’s very stiff and I can’t figure it out lots of other people on this side. There is very floaty. My ride is every little microscopic crack telegraph through the cab I can’t believe my teeth. I played with the sharks quite a bit now I’m beginning to wonder if it is the spring right so my big question is after all that is there a chart somewhere that shows relative spring rates?
I started this quest quest because I want to have a more compliant ride or washboard roads reasonable 35 mph it seems like I’ve gone the opposite direction ?
Any suggestions would be a great help appreciate all your input on here

I am running my tires on the street up 27 psi

wash board fire/dirt roads i air down to 10-12 psi max but try to keep it around 15psi. but it sounds like you have a shock tune problem .I am running 3.5" lift with HD spring rate and falcon st3.3 adjustable shocks. my jeep eats up wash board without issues and doesn't have issues on road. I run 37psi on the highway. ( i know i am gonna hear it about this. but the Patagonia's are meant to run highway at higher psi.) anyways, I tend to run on the street with zero gear in a medium/ mediem soft setting and off road i adjust the shocks to the softest level. With full camp gear and off road tools etc i run the rears to med/med hard settings.

Yeah, I think this is where that’s headed. I’ve got a feeling I’ve got a shock valve issue and I may end up getting these Metal Cloak blocks revolved, ironically off-road on washboards. They’re really good on road even the smallest cracks in the pavement and undulations really shake up through the whole vehicle
