can you run this gate plate without moving the license plate?

My package from Ace didn't include instructions. I got it installed, but I'm not digging that the parking camera lines aren't working anymore. Did this also happen to yours?Here’s mine from ACE

Do your parking lines still line up with the ground, or is losing that functionality just part of this plate?That price is much better that for sure. It looks like a two piece unit though.....

I'd appreciate it. So I took the Jeep out today and yeah, the lines go upward. If I recall, I honk the camera was pointed on a downward angle where now it points straight out. On another note, I just got the flash cal and reset my speedo. Ahhhh finally the right speed!
