Planning to go up to Loveland pass this Sunday if snow I’ll get picks heard they got 2-4” over this last storm. Some places got around 7” and some of the ski resorts turned on there snow machines already. Heard a couple of places had the roads closed all ready.

Hoping we get some this year...
When I was stationed in the Panhandle, betwixt Pensacola NAS and Eglin, we did receive a passing snow squall during my first December on base. It didn't last very long, but it was robust. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't witness it myself.

I'll take some snow on Christmas eve into Christmas day then I want to fast forward to April 2026.
Seen and drove through enough snow in my life.
I needed heated seats and steering wheel when I was working, not now. 🙃

After this we went on our way to a different spot and got to a point and realized no trail cut so went to turn around and barried the front end. Also last time I took this jeep about.

Now, which one of you magnificent bastards esteemed Jeep owners will be the first to treat us to Wranglers frolicking in the White Stuff, when conditions allow?

When conditions allow? That phrase doesn't compute for most of the Wrangler owners in CO that have decent tires. Doing trails in snow is such a blast. Yeah, I'm jealous now that I've moved.

A bomb cyclone is about the only time (IMO) where conditions might not allow.

"When conditions allow" referred to there being sufficient snowfall accumulation to allow for good-looking Jeep photos. Thus my choice of photo that I shared in post #2.

It's nothing to do with waiting until it's safe to drive a minivan through it.
