2019 JLUR Mojito,
With a friend of mine who has an awesome shop and has all the know-how to use the machines, we came up with this platform after having deleted both back seats. It works perfectly and I am in love with it. I also got the NitePad by Xprite and which I only use the 60% part and I am set. Have traveled Chicago to DC and back and Chicago to KY and back sleeping in the back of the Jeep and it has worked for me.

In my design, the weight came to 58lbs. It's not bad I guess. I was considering weight saving measures like cutting triangular holes in the substructure, but may be able to live with it.

Can you imagine if I had said just a few weeks ago that sleeping in ones Wrangler might have indication if you or an immediate family member is COVID-19 positive?

Not very heavy at all,. It was all cut from one sheet of 8x12 3/4" plywood-the entire thing was cut from half of the sheet. I would imagine around 40-50lbs. The seats were a lot heavier - so there was a gain in weight for sure.
