Skids - Who (or what) Needs 'Em?

Putting MC's UnderArmor skids on my JLU Rubi and wondering what else needs protection that isn't covered by these? Already got the ARB Diff covers - What trail damage have any of you other JLU owners experienced that you think could have been prevented by some sort of skid plate or armor?

MC makes a rear diff skid. Some call it a golden diaper, protects the bottom really well. Control arm skids are also very useful

They provide different functionality. MC will protect the diff more. Golden diaper - that's awesome!

It's not the same product: The ARB is a cover replacement, the MC is more armor for the diff.

Ahh, my mistake. I assumed the rear differential was smooth, like the front (but without the drain plug). I now see what the point of the rear differential skid plates are.

Yep - exactly. Different hardware for different coverage.
