Side mirrors cameras???

I’m not sure if this is an actual camera but seen this on a wrangler, which had the front trail camera (I think that’s what it’s called) in the front grill, and was wondering if this is possibly some sort of side cameras on the mirrors?? I don’t have that option and have just full black side mirrors, these are body colored mirrors

I believe these are Euro-spec mirrors that can be equipped with indicator lights.

Those come on the high altitude edition that reuses Euro/Asia mirror caps. You can order the Mopar LED lights that fit there.

Thanks for the info, I was thinking it was some sort of camera for like 360 view etc, I really don’t get the point of mirror turning signals but maybe it’s just me ?‍

The mirror turning signals help to see what car is turning or not in bumper to bumper traffic where you can’t see the fronts of the cars in line. Especially good for pedestrians and bicyclists but also good for in town driving.
