I have a 2019 Wrangler and I am having the exact same issue. I have to drive it to work daily. Did you find out what was causing it? Someone said maybe the fuses but it don't seem to me to be a fuse issue. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
You'll need to get the codes pulled.

This warning is generic. Saying you have the same problem is way premature.
My Jeep engine light keeps coming on and keeps showing a ABS light a service electronic stability control warning, and service shifter warning. It don't display all the time it comes on then it goes off and currently the temps have been really cold. Someone said that it might just be the cold weather and someone said that it could be my whole fuse box.. I was thinking yours was doing the same thing mine is doing so that's why I commented.

When I had them pulled a week or two ago they told me it was my ABS but someone said that it's just this cold weather causing my electrical to act up.. It don't stay on all the time it'll come on and then it'll go off so it's not showing the warning all the time..

I got the codes pulled and there are 12. Most of them says communication issues either with the CAN bus or between the ECM and BCM..

Anyone who says it’s “the cold weather” is a moron.
I had the same issue occurring during "cold weather". The issue was the 12V battery and perhaps the cold weather was causing the battery to show its age more. Replaced the battery and no more issues including no more Service Shifter warnings. Definitely a moron to hint that any of this is normal in "cold weather".
