Howdy all,

I have an intermittent issue where the service 4wd light will come on. The first was about 30 minutes into a long highway trip while going about 75 mph. The other two have occurred within a minute of starting up first thing in the morning. I'd take it to the dealer, but the light goes away after restarting. I've checked all the fuses are fully seated and 4H and 4L appear to be functioning fine. This is in an 18 JLUS 3.6 6MT with 27k miles and stock 245/75r17 tires. Anyone run into this yet?

Bump. Also, I've not had the other warning lights that others have experienced with the vacuum system issues that have been reported in the forum already. Just got the light again while sitting at a red light about 5 minutes after starting up. I restarted and the light is gone again.

I'm adverse to visiting the dealership, but haven't had any sort of warning light come on in my 18' JLUR with about 19,000 miles. Best case is some sort of sensor/electrical malfunction, but could be an actual issue. With 27K miles, you've given the rig a full rundown and should take it to the shop since you are on the back end of the warranty.
