Seat protectors for off-roading

I can't say I've ever used any of these, but in your case those all look like they'd do the trick.

A neoprene cover is going to be your best friend in muddy situations.

I use Cabel's universal seat covers, multiple storage pockets on the back, very inexpensive $19. Light mud cleans off really easy, most of the wrinkles will smooth out, these are fresh out of the box. I know these aren't for everyone, but I like them, I just want something to protect the fabric seats. I would not want to remove & re-install them on a regular basis.

They don't get hot to sit down on in the summer, never an issue.
It doesn't specify if they are machine washable, but I did remove one in the past, hand washed it in tub of soapy water and hung it to dry. It was fine.

As I've stated in the "why don't you remove your doors" thread...roll up the window and the seats stay clean? We keep a couple microfiber beach towels in the seat pocket. If you have to get out in the mud, throw a towel over the seat.

It's actually pretty good. Does the job, goes on and off in seconds, easy to clean and does not feel really hot. I'd say it's a win/win.
