I was browsing YouTube videos and came across SDI click shocks. It sounds like they have a separate unit that replaces your piggyback and allows you to transform a-piggyback shock into an Adjustable . Anyone have any experience with this or SDI?

I run SDI E-Click shocks and love them. (Purchase the whole shock system). They are the real deal and I can adjust them on the fly and dial them in as far as I want to. I've been running them for years and am currently exploring the option of going to coilovers with them. The company has been great to work with and I have no complaints. You can make them as stiff or soft as you want and they can adjust to your input parameters on the fly. They adjust according to throttle, steering angles, braking, etc... To provide you exactly the type of ride you want. They aren't cheap, but I have no complaints.

What springs weights are you using?

I have a JLURD so the factory springs were already stiff, but I then went to a 2.5" lift from Teraflex and I now am on 4" springs from Synergy.

I talked with the person running the SDI E-Click vendor booth at the Easter Jeep Safari two days ago. I've heard nothing but good things about e-click shocks, so I wanted to have him explain in more detail about how they work. I'm impressed with their ability to automatically adjust damping up to thousands of times a second, on the fly, without me even having to touch anything. And If I do want to change damping, I can do that on the fly as well. We talked about my shocks that I have on my Jeep now. They are King 2,5" compression adjustable shocks that have worked very well. I don't particularly like the side-to-side rocking that can occur on rough off-road trails with ledges and boulders. I had one rear King shock start leaking around the shock shaft after a few trips to Moab. No problem, just send it back to Accutune for a rebuild (for $200 🙄 ). Now, two years later I have a front King shock leaking around the shock shaft. I discussed this with the SDI rep and he said, "don't send it back for a rebuild, let us rebuild it for you, and add the E-Click system while we are at it. The price to rebuild all four of my King shocks and convert them to the E-Click system would be half what it would cost to buy the E-click shocks.

SO, HAS ANYONE CONVERTED THEIR KING, FOX, OR OTHER SHOCKS TO E-CLICK SHOCKS? How well did it turn out? Are you happy with the change? Do the E-Click converted shocks ride much better than the standard King or Fox shocks?
