Recently I installed a Mopar lift, which required an alignment. About 30 miles after getting the alignment, the steering wheel reoriented itself left about 15 degrees - enough to trigger the electronic stability control warning. I took the Jeep back to the alignment shop, they realigned and said the drag link adjuster bolt hadn’t been tightened down after the original alignment. 30 miles later, same thing happened. This time I adjusted the drag link myself - the bolt was tight (from the second alignment) and REALLY tight after my adjustments. Sure enough, after another 30 miles the steering wheel is misaligned again.

Could operating the steering with loose adjuster bolts have stripped the innards of the drag link, preventing it from holding a setting?

Can you see damage to the pinch bolt/nut or adjuster sleeve threads? My guess would be that one of the alignment shops over-torqued something.
