While being winched by a JeepToyota reliability will get me across anything!
Now now. Let’s not drag engine selection into this. But, Ford! But, Toyota! I'm going to bitch about Jeep neglecting "real" off-road enthusiasts and then go buy something stupid with IFS and a turbo-4.
.This company has shown that they do not care about the U.S. market at all. I would not expect any significant changes at all for '25. Or '26. Or '27. And I'm betting the '28 launch of the all-new Wrangler gets delayed.
They'll probably do a couple of new colors here and there, and come up with a couple of "new" packages that just regroup existing options like they've done before, but at the end of the day the only changes will be higher base prices going forward…
So you proved my point. Thank you.Um, ok... XR/ X package, U-connect redesign and front fascia uplift, factory winches, full float rear axle... all within the last two model years.
Meanwhile they dumped the Italian diesel and extended the life of the 392.

Crystal ball? All you have to do is look behind you to see forward. It's the same thing EVERY YEAR. People begging Stellantis to update product. They don't care. That's why their sales have fallen off a cliff for Ram, Dodge, AND Jeep.
You're gonna love the Sky Touch! I am sooo glad I got one. Yes, there's a bit of noise, but it's worth it.Same here been searching for 25 info for months stopped watching AI generated videos on u tube..im going to strike a deal today to trade a 24 for a 24 sports s to sahara with Sky touch roof cuz I want Earl. Adustable mckinley seats then ill end of changing black leather to mahogany katskin.had it b4 on a 2 dr then anvil I. 4 dr..plus I rather have v6 engine vs turbo tired of buying premium gas. At least I'll get color I want and model..doubt earl will stick around..can't order it only about 4 colors left to actually order in 24's
Oh no guys. We have disappointed our betters. How you know JL has already been around for a lonnnng time:
The dedicated forum for JL that started off with mature guys discussing the vehicle and brand with common sense and a technical aspect has today turned into a bunch of young whiney kids who consider a new infotainment screen and plastic grille design change to be a "new" model.
I don't know whether it's funny or sad. Actually I think it's sad. We're witnessing one of the greatest brands the U.S. auto market has ever known being run into the ground by a foreign owner who doesn't care about anything but an electric path forward, and you guys are defending them because hey, they did give us a new fabric material on the dash and a different screen! Woo! OHHH and the axle is a full floater, because you know, that's never been done in history and the axle in the JK and early JL was breaking all the time! OHHH and hey there's a factory winch now! Never mind that factory winches were in the Jeep factory catalog 30 years ago....
Sigh....
Rumors regarding the 2025 model, eh? Well if you want rumors, go ahead with this thread. I was only trying to post the facts. 2025 is going to be more of the same....just like we've seen over and over and over again from this company. Again, they'll repackage stuff we've seen forever and call it a "new" package, or recycle colors. If you want to wait for a 2025 maybe you will get a deal, since Jeep sales crashed another 19% so far this year.
Oh no guys. We have disappointed our betters.

That we are on the JV at this point.I feel so old... "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". And that's why it's just fine for the JL platform to be 6 model years old now. At some point it will be re-imagined, but until then, we have a very good product which is here to stay.
@WXman, check your Cheerios for piss before diving in. What are you expecting? A new kind of solid axle? A new take on a ladder frame? What exactly is your gripe?
