2024 Rubicon X 2000 miles. Both front doors leak in the rain from door and corner gaskets. Any solutions? Plan to go to dealer when home from trip.

If hard top, reseat your freedom panels. Lift them out starting with driver side. Replace starting with the passenger side. Lift and place the panels in place. Do not slide them in place. Make sure none of the seals are pinched or folded over on themselves. If that doesn't work, your dealer should fix it.

Did you figure out a solution? We just drove through our first rain and had leaks in both front doors.

8/8/24 It is in the shop right now (end of it's 2nd week there) I dont know what all they've done, except that they ordered gaskets... they also found a small windshield crack on the corner DS. New windshield, but that did not cause the leak. It is a hardtop, and I will probably never pop the tops off. But they probably did. We will know more shortly and I'll post it. Only other thing I can say is I did a deep Google and You Tube search. We are not alone. There is a shop video out there describing the probable leak source as being combination of the special design corner gaskets and only having gaskets on the doors. (For looks with doors off, I suppose.) The shop video showed putting gaskets on the body in addition to doors. That may be the way to go, but it won't look good doors off. But mine will stay on, anyway.

I've just purchased a 2024 Rubi X and my front doors leak water from the top rear corners too! Any news on a fix from anyone. I'm planning on going to the dealer but I'm very skeptical they will figure it out. I've looked everything over and I see no issues besides just a bad design and the sealing surface is so small everything has to be perfect with no factory imperfections in the seal or body/ door alignment.

Have you figured this out. Mine just continues to get worse and every jeep service departments are clueless. This is my first jeep but I'm blown away with these issues and I have never dealt with such a terrible company and service departments. It like Jeep service is bottom of the barrel. I've had every brand of vehicle and jeep service departments are worst by miles!!! Lol

Took mine in, it waited at Rockwall dodge/jeep for almost two weeks after they quoted me 3-4 days. Guess what, they never even looked at it, it just sat there.

24 Rubicon X still leaking here as well...

That's not good. Let me know if you figure out a solution because I'm stumped, especially since this is been a continuous issue with jeeps for so many years. How hard is it to build a vehicle that doesn't leak water during rain or washing? Lol

I live in DFW also and I haven't found one dealership worth a damn. Im lost at this point. I used to be a heavy equipment service technician and fabricator for the RR so I'm sure I could figure it out on my own but I'm not really liking the idea of working on a 70k brand new vehicle with 5k miles and still under B2B warranty lol.

Completely get that. I was thinking about just going to one of the shops recommended on the north texas jeep club Facebook page, i'm sure they have dealt with it in the past.

Thank you for reaching back out. If I get a definitive answer/ solution I'll let you know on this forum and if you guys happen to run across any real solutions or fixes plz let me know. I've searched high and low on the internet and have found hundreds of issues like ours, but I'll read every forum and watch every video to the end and there's never anybody who talks about the fix. Surely there is a known fix for this or something that can almost completely alleviate water intrusion in this specific area....

I have also been down the rabbit hole since owning this vehicle and experiencing it first hand, so I completely understand your frustration. I will keep you posted as well should I hear/experience anything remotely beneficial!

Good luck all. Is there a way for you to do a side by side comparison with a slightly earlier vintage JL? I don’t believe this was a problem with earlier vintages. My 2020 JL Recon has always been dry.

Did you or anyone you know happen to ever get this fixed or figured out bc I'm still dealing with same ole leaks. They did supposedly change some rubber gaskets but it didn't do anything. I'm completely stumped at this point. I see all sorts of posts and pictures on the exact issue on the 24s and 25s but it never gets to the solution. I'm assuming bc there isn't one 😂!?
