Touchless carwash leaks - normal?

So I've been meaning to make this post for a while - but does anyone have problems with their JL leaking in touchless, automatic carwashes? I have 'leaks' at the bottom of the front doors - when the high pressure sprayer is there, it actually gets my leg wet. I also have leaks at the back hardtop window (where it meets the tailgate).

I know Jeeps leak, and honestly - I'm not too concerned; just wondering if this is 'normal' for the JLs.

My 2018 Rubicon does the same thing. It'll hit me half way up my ankle on the drivers or passenger side. This happens in my local car wash as the pressure is quite high and more than a normal car wash that I also go to..no leaks from that one. My wife's gladiator does the same thing. (Certainly not an extinction event!) I would conclude that my issue is the car wash, not the car. I don't have sill guards either. The pressure, nozzle, angle and duration are the determining factors with my 2 jeeps!

My 2008 with 289,000 miles has no leaks but plenty of squeaks!

The first time I went into a touchless my ankle got wet and I was honestly a little freaked out. First I never have been able to go through one of these carwashes before, always had trucks that didn’t fit. I did find that it only happens with the undercarriage high pressure spray. Figured it was a jeep thing being new to the jeep famjam.

Even in the rain mine leaks at the removable panels. The person who inspected my Jeep must have thought it would be funny to constantly have a wet shoulder when driving in the rain.

I recently got some in the spare tire jack compartment.

It must've been spraying up through the vent/drain plug that's located at the bottom of that compartment.

Never had any leaks and have the SOT on ours too. 2021 jlu sahara. Been through many a touchless, and touch car washes.
