As mentioned earlier, the ACC sensors are in a box behind the rearview mirror. The rear bumper does have parking proximity sensors, but those are unrelated to ACC and some aftermarket bumpers have cutouts for them (e.g. RockHard Patriot).
I'm just noting if you have the ACC, you probably have someone who bought all the mods.

2021 JLUR 2.0 non torque here. I also have a 2019 JLU Altitude 3.6 non torque. Both have performed flawless. I prefer the 2.0 because of the turbo and living at 7000 ft altitude. The 3.6 is good but the turbo just outshines it at higher altitudes. Mileage is a bit better with the 3.6 but it also is lighter, has smaller tires and higher gears. I don't have reservations about either engine. Both have the 8 speed which in my opinion is the best transmission I've ever driven.

I got the tow package on the JLUR for the higher output alternator and aux switches.

Not sure what Ratberts is. I'm looking for a used Jeep, not new. 2020 or maybe 2021 if I can find a good one under about $46-47k all-in.

Vote for 3.6. The 2l is more complex and more labor costs involved if something does go wrong.

Shopping for a used Jeep, besides the usual inspection, drivability test, carfax, steering box, get under the vehicle and inspect the frame, etc. Try to take it for an extended test drive and get it on a lift. If not, just crawl under.

Try to buy under the 3 yr/36k mi. You will still qualify for the Mopar extended warranty. You can check on this forum for recommended sellers who sell for far less than most dealers, if they even offer you the Mopar warranty. Just be aware you wont be able to mod significantly while under the warranty.

Sorry, I missed that you were looking for a used one. Below is a link to Ratbert's list of dealers who sell at below invoice. You might want to check it out to give you a comparison to used prices. Maybe things have settled down now, but for a while you could order a new one for less than used.
