Could the 2 cube lamps and the LED Hoop on the Stubby front bumper be wired onto one switch since you would most likely be using them all at the same time? I don’t plan on having the 30” LED windshield bar.
You could but I would run them on the 40amp switch just to be safe.

How many amps does the 20” Hoop Light draw? The 2 Cube Lights draw a total of 4 amps right?
Sorry I had 30in bars on the brain. The 20in bar is only 8.4 amps.

For some reason, my Aux wires under the hood are not labeled. Can you let us know which color wire is Aux 1-4? For all 4 would be great. Thanks in advance...
Under the hood
Aux 1 orange or red
Aux 2 purple
Aux 3 white
Aux 4 grey

If I may note, from a safety concern, that everyone should test and confirm these very helpful posts from other owners with a multimeter. I am not at all doubting what folks are posting, but it certainly wouldn't be the first time that a manufacturer switched the colors or switch, etc. You would be well-advised to test them one at a time with a multimeter and label them yourselves so you don't wire your lights, etc only to find that they are not on the switch you thought, etc, or worse, are on when you thought they were off.

Well said and good advice...it seems that my wires under the hood of my JLU Sahara are different colors than the ones seen a few posts before.

I am connecting all the extra lights on the 40AMP, that will be 4 cubes and maybe a lightbar on the bumper.
I would like to know how the lightbar on the hood works, I am thinking most of the light energy will be occluded by the hood itself....plus I want to be able to open the hood, so only the cubes there for me :)

Would love to see a mount for the bumper as well for the cubes!

Has anyone used these at night yet? I had my head set of getting a set of Rigid side shooter spots......but am REALLY digging these brackets (I don’t see them sold separately anywhere) and the kit price as a total package.

I ran 130w daylighter spots on my JK, and they absolutely overpowered the headlights in useable long range projection. That’s what I’m hoping for with a set of pods...but without the bulk and power draw.

I have them installed on my Rubi, In my opinion the bracket is to low your hood will eat up most of the light unless you point them way up. I have the LED package you can only tell a little bit when you flick them on

That’s what I was kind of afraid of. I know they are 30 degree spots, but at 1440(?) lumens each, I think they would need to be positioned to hit the ground fairly close in to do any more good than the factory lights. The Rigid SS spots are 6300(?) lumens, and Ive seen those work and have been quite impressed with them. The only comparison I have to the RC’s is a 1100 lumen spot flashlight I have. Very bright, but no more than a standard headlamp.

But then I’m comparing a $99 kit to a $299 kit that doesn’t come with brackets.

Any hope of these brackets being sold separately?
