I’ve got a pair of 2 inch rough country LED lights that have a switch connected after the relay. I’m trying to run these off of my aux switch only but if I unplug the rough country switch, I get no power to the lights. I have to plug the rough country switch in and turn it on in order for my aux switches to power the lights.

Is there a way to bypass their switch and remove it from the line to where only the aux which is necessary. I don’t wanna mount their switch inside my engine bay and it get wet.

You don’t need the relay. Just cut the lead to the light. One ground one connect to the aux switch wire.

Ok so I have 2 lights that come out of that relay (not the 1 light like in the picture). So I would cut off those light wires at the relay, join the grounds and ground them, then join the red power wires and put them on the aux switch?

yep you connect direct to Aux.. but in case you wanted to use that relay harness like i did for my reverse lights the blue wire going to the switch is the trigger..
