I searched and searched for a reasonable and compact solution for my saggy useless nets. These “for unofficial use only” pockets are the bomb! Great flexible plastic, OEM feel, OEM look, and seem like they will be durable.
Yes there is a bit of assembly, door panel removal, drilling out old net stuff. But good heavens! What a great result!

It looks like a stock part. Got a link? I'm not a fan of the metal replacements.
Our JL nets sag so badly, they sometimes get caught in the door opening when closing. I use zip-ties to tighten them a bit. They are truly a POS.

Looks nice!
Very happy w/ mine. SIMPLE install. Lots of room.

Saggy, Droopy Nets?

Are your nets hangin' down lower than a few years ago?

Keep catching your nets in the door?

Suffer No More!!!
Now there is a quick, painless, effective and attractive solution

DV8 Off-Road has a simple to install, great looking solution. There are vids online which attempt to show how to install these. The couple I have watched struggled getting the top, end pieces out from behind the trim.

I made a slideshow which hopefully illustrates the install a bit better. Should you decide to try these, feel free to holler at me if you have questions.

I kinda like the looks of the above replacement part to replace the net setup. Your reference to the vendor shows a whole different replacement which I do NOT care for. Can you verify the source for the above look.

https://unofficialuseonly.com/ you can find them on Amazon as well but from a reseller. They have great instruction, and a YouTube video. Takes about 1 1/2 hour to complete. Requires removal of door panels.

Here is the install link. I like these because they are plastic and really look OEM

I did the following as a temporary fix but it is still working so it will stay at least for a while. What I did was scrunched up the loose netting and put some zip ties across the top, no more sagging. The attached picture is not the greatest but this netting was very saggy before the zip ties. The netting works just like it did when new. This took about 5 minutes to do.

Really anything is better than those dumb nets. I had pockets custom made and I'm very happy with them. During the design process there was a lot of discussion on how long a 2DR Jeep should be to look "correct" and which way a T-rex should be facing if it's chasing a Jeep on a door. 🤣

I’ll be in the small group that installed and removed those door pockets. Drinks don’t sit upright in the pocket. And maybe I have a weird posture when off road but if you’re on a trail getting slung side to side having that door pocket repeatedly pushing into your leg got annoying. Maybe I’m just a princess bothered by first world problems

I don't have those but I do find my leg is always brushing against the strap that connects the door to the Jeep whenever I shift. Also a first world problem.

I have been looking at these. But can't convince myself to pull the trigger. The gap is so small between them and the door. What do you store in there? Trail dust and stale French fries? At least with the metal molle style is think I get my fingers in there to dig stuff out. They do look good though.
