Replacement floor drain plugs

Anyone know where I could get replacement floor drain plugs? Jeep soaked a few times this summer . One surprise - I dried it out with the shop vac just happened to check the well where jack is stored today. Filled with water ! Any harm in leaving a slice in that jack drain hole ? Does anyone completely remove the rug permanently? Have weathertecs but thinking would prefer no carpet - or a rubber insert or something- do they sell such a thing? Thanks First Jeep - Doug

In my YL I removed all of the carpet and coated the floor with Rhino liner. It made water crossings and spraying out the floorboards much easier.
