Recommendations on high clearance exhaust

I have also done cat back exhaust and had it smog no problem but the exhaust exit was in basically the same location as stock. Anyways I’m not going to chance it. I’m gonna stick with the traditional cat back exhaust like the flowmasters.

How does it sound in the cabin? I went with a Magnaflow cat back for my JLU and its pretty loud inside the cabin from gears 2-4.
