I run 37s on my JLUR..... Cooper STT PRO tires. I twisted the rear stock axle and replaced them with the Yukon CM HD axles. I plan to go to RCV axles in the front soon. Kind of waiting for a Black Friday Sale from RCV. I don't think the stock ones need an immediate replacement, more of an insurance type replacement. I am trying to do what I can so that I do not need a recovery somewhere out in the mountains or in the middle of nowhere. We plan to off road from Arizona/Mexico boarder to Dead Horse Alaska so I am trying to bulletproof the Jeep as much as possible.

Seems odd that a one piece shaft would cause vibrations..is it rcv specific or something? I have a 1 piece shaft with a U-Joint and no weird vibrations.

Gotta be caster/ driveshaft/ angle related and nothing to do with the 1 piece design.
It has NOTHING to do with the axle shafts. Like you said, vibration is due to the front driveshaft/caster/angles. With the FAD, the front driveshaft isn’t spinning while you are driving. When you go 1 piece, the spider gears aren’t able to spin in opposite directions and ring/pinion now have to spin due to both axles rotating the same direction inside the carrier. I tried the 1 piece RCVs and due to my caster and heavy front driveshaft, I had a vibration. So, swapped to the 2 piece. My Jeep sees a lot of highway miles traveling to camping and wheeling spots, so I wasn’t willing to deal with the vibration.

While I don't have the RCVs, I am running the Dana Advantek chromoly front axle shafts with FAD delete. I haven't experienced any vibrations with this setup. To be fair, the Advantek axles are not true one piece, but the FAD is deleted.

I have an Adams 1350 drive shaft being shipped today in order replace the stock front DS before it wears out due to the FAD delete.

I figured that’s all I had to do, just wanted to make sure I didn’t run anything dry. Thanks for the reply
And know that I installed them almost 50,000 miles ago. So you should have zero concerns.

Every video I’ve watched of them pulling the FAD module shows diff fluid pouring out, yet when reinstalling everything they never add diff fluid back.

My questions are:
1) why is there diff fluid? Is it from removing the shaft allows the diff to drain into the shaft?

2) do I need to refill diff fluid in the FAD? If so how? Or do I just need to top off the front diff?

sorry for the ignorance, just slightly confused by this
There is no seal from the diff out to the FAD mechanism. The seal is just on the outside of the FAD.

When you fill the diff the oil migrates over to the FAD.
