Thanks for circling back, Kate. From a customer care perspective, I can't necessarily provide any technical advice as I am not a trained technician. We rely on our dealers in that regard. I know it's inconvenient but are you thinking you'd like to get a second opinion? Send me a direct message as I'd be glad to discuss this further and help however I can.I took it to the dealership this morning for other service, and just received a call from my service advisor. He said that the rattling sound was related to the Turbo and that it was normal and that there was nothing else they could do at this time. Do you have any idea if there is something actually wrong of if there’s something I can do to stop the noice? It’s a pretty noticeable rattle (especially when the doors are off). It is intermittent but happens usually every time I drive my Jeep. The rattle sounds like it’s coming from the driver’s side of the engine bay.
