Not to scare everyone, but I ended up having a cracked cylinder head. At first it wasn't bad enough to notice, but eventually it started blowing out coolant system components due to the blow off pressure. After the cylinder head replacement I've had zero issues.
Just got word from my dealer I have a cracked cylinder head. They found coolant in cylinder 2. They think that's causing both messages on mine. They're suspicious mine could have been that way from the factory and has expanded over time.
Sorry to revive this again. My Jeep has been to the dealer 7 times since it rolled off the lot in December of 2021 for coolant leak issues. I have had the "Performance Limited" message ever since week one but only noticed a slight performance difference 2 or 3 times. Usually it happened after...
I'm having this issue on my 2022 rubi as well. I haven't really noticed a performance issue, just a brief warning message while cornering hard or deceleratiing.

If you really want the fun of building out a jeep, get a loaded 2.0 Rubicon and do you own lift, tires, gearing, etc. That's what I did. The more built it is from factory the more money you're throwing away as you upgrade off road parts. The 2.0 handles my 35s great. I come from driving sport...
Anyone used these and can review them or know of a similar product that they're happy with? I love the idea of them being spot and fog with separate wiring in one housing...
Drive both. There's no guarantee any engine will last 200k miles, but both engines should last well past 100k. I never keep cars past 100k so that didn't factor into my decision at all. I bought the 3.6 in 2018 because I was leery of the new technology. I never thought my 3.6 was very smooth...
I have a set of new/take off Rubicon springs from a 2.0 hard top unlimited with plastic bumpers and a tow package for $100. I'm willing to quote shipping.
Is it common for a dealer speedometer calibration to be off by 3mph? I put 35s on my Rubicon and had the dealer calibrate it. It now reads 3mph slower than the actual speed. I checked it with GPS.

I just took delivery of a 2.0 and pretty much immediately put 35s on it, but it is a blast. After 200 miles it really opened up. I had a 3.6 before and I'll never go back unless it develops some unmanageable reliability issue.
