Same thing here, what the heck! It was supposed to arrive yesterday as well. Maybe I’ll phone Racor themselves tomorrow and see what’s going on.

So after speaking with Racor this morning I got the same generic answer to wait. So I did some more digging and figured out the amazon seller is iServe. I contacted iServe and spoke to a nice lady who took my order number and notified me that the item was on backorder but they have received a shipment now and amazon does have the shipment so when amazon receives it, they will send it out. The only strange part for me now is that I've already been charged for the product.

Well that worked out great. Not only did I get some information as to when it will arrive at amazon (June 23) but I also got a free $50!

I didn't get a $50 credit but it says delivery now on Monday June 22nd.

Installed mine yesterday. Added the Topsy hinge hoist kit and replacement cable cam driver kit too. Took a few hours and what seemed like a hundred trips up and down the ladder!

Ordered up my Topsy kits direct and my Racor from Amazon today. Also ordered some foam noodles in the clamp design to put some padding in around the exposed bolts. Thanks to all on this thread for sharing their installation challenges & triumphs. Moved to a new home, and feel it's time to upgrade from the hardtop cart. Higher ceilings in the new garage, so that helps a bit. I also have to put the hardtop back on to get it over from the old house. Might as well install the hoist now.
