I can vouch for the Harbor Freight plastic rivet tool/set. Grabbed that to fix my wifes fender liner and it worked excellently.

In summary, this is my series of steps: Un-marry my Tazer but leave it plugged in Insert a BT OBD link Use the JSCAN app to make the changes on light sensing(I'll probably also adjust tires and gears so it doesn't get reset with each Tazer unmarry) Remove BT OBD Link Re-marry Tazer

EDIT to mention both jeeps have EW. In my '19, I have had the axle replaced due to the sensor failure, rear-main seal replaced from leaking oil, both sun visors broken (fixed myself), and hinge paint repair on the hood. I got the EW and glad for it. In my wifes '21, shes is currently waiting...

I potted the sensor and just got it all put together last night. Test drove this morning, loved it!

Took .005 out of pinion shim, backlash is .007 (within Yukon spec)

how’s this pattern?? Backlash is .006. the coast side used to match the Drive in this photo but the backlash was .011, so I had to move the shims Around. This doesnt quite resemble any of the diagrams in the Yukon gear manual, so im Asking the experts here 👍🏼

so even though I need to replace the crush sleeve, I can still re-check the pattern and it could be good?

so I will need a new crush sleeve AND re-check the pattern haha, crush sleeve is on the way and I will post back later this week if I'm able to get another pattern reading.

yup, pretty sure I hosed the preload at one point, and need a new crush sleeve, could that cause my pattern to be 'lightly' visible?

Is this pattern ok? Backsoacing .005” and torque to turn is 25inlb.
