Quadratec lost my business

They are only doing it because it got put in blast here. Traditional means of calling and emailing to resolve issues… customers get ignored. I’m glad to see the forum reps from quadratec are taking care of members here but it highlights a bigger problem in the company.

Hope what good happens here on the forum gets translated to the "traditional means" of business relations.

It was in stock when I ordered it and had you cancel the March order at the same time, it’s now going on a week and FedEx says you just made a label out but never shipped it!
If this doesn’t move today Cancel this order as well!?

Currently on hold (47 minutes so far) Hoping to speak to someone about a return that I sent back and was delivered to quadratec over two weeks ago.

It’s a bummer their service has gone down. Historically they’ve been my go-to for Jeep stuff due to the available selection and (in the past) service but I’ve had to deal with them twice this year and both have been sub-par, making dealing with the company more of a hassle than convenience.

Update: just got off the phone with customer service Patt. She claimed they didn’t receive the item despite shipping it back with a Quadratec provided label. Luckily I saved the tracking receipt and sent it it her. She confirmed they received it after checking the label / tracking and said she would work on getting the issue fixed. I hope they come through and get it fixed in a timely manner. And hope Quadratec makes some changes soon or they’ll risk losing a lot of business. I’d hate for them to close as they seem to be a great company but might just be struggling with staffing issues.

@Quadratec Before any of my items were processed and shipped. I’ve been trying to cancel that order for over a week. I’ve called multiple times and waited forever without ever being able to speak with someone. I’ve also emailed multiple times with no response and tried using the online chat that wasn’t ever able to connect me with a live agent. One of the items I ordered said it was in stock and after placing the order the item said it was back ordered. I received one package today and even considered keeping it as a spare. I inspected the power steering high pressure hose and found multiple metal fragments inside. I just want my order cancelled and this hose and any other hose that has shipped returned.
