I've been trying to get ahold of Quadratec for over a month now about a half order they sent me that I recently returned within their 30 day policy but they don't respond to my emails or phone. Are their any members here experiencing the same? This order/return experience has been a total nightmare and I have been shopping with them for years. Thanks!

They sent two thirds of my mastertop window order and still haven't changed my online status to show that it's unfulfilled. I was under the impression it was all there until I actually opened the box. Pretty worried tbh.

Well I am glad we are in the same camp. Coincidentally right after I posted this, a Quadratec rep finally answered the phone and assures me he will push this refund through quickly. So far, he has been the best representation to date since the order was placed. Very professional and my fingers are crossed this will be finalized. Fortunately, I took pictures and saved my tracking confirmation via FedEx for some proof to back me.

I had an order from Nov for an item that was out of stock. Came back in 2/22 and after 2 weeks, they still didn't fill the order. Finally called to inquire. Had to call twice but it finally shipped last week. Had no problem getting them on the phone either time.

I ordered something in December that was out of stock. It’s back in stock now but they changed their ordering “system” over and ended up having to cancel original order and submit a new one. Seems like growing pains with the new ordering system switch over. Betting once the bugs get worked out all will be fine. On a side note you get the chat bot once you initiate chat. Just type in live agent and it will transfer you to the live person que. Took about 15 mins both times but got through.

Ah, I didn't know you could get a live agent with the "Chat bot" when I used it. Good info. for future ordering

I had the same issue last year when I ordered from them. The items said something like "ships same day, in stock" and a full week went by with no action on their side after I completed the order, and I couldn't get ahold of anyone via any official channel until I posted a topic on here along the lines of "Is Quadratec still in business?" on here.

I hate that kind of non-response/unexpected delay - when I put down my money for some expensive Jeep part that's in stock I want to receive it asap (especially when the site explicitly states it ships immediately). Northridge is extremely fast and they got my order for the Ultimate D44 I ordered this past winter due to that (off topic, but damn - the axle sells for $5699 now, just a handful of months ago I bought it for $4299!)

Just an update: I made another call today concerned about my lack of refund and Ed from Quadratec was very helpful. Finally, 10 days later I was granted my refund. All is good now and I can move on. I appreciate ALL of the members input to this topic.

I’m having a similar issue. I got a $200 gift card with my soft top but it went from pending for 4 weeks to disappearing. No answers to email and phone hold is unreal time.

That sucks! All I can say is to be persistent and eventually someone will pickup the phone. I had to wait on the phone 30 minutes each time.
