I just looked at it again. Now when I choose the bumper as if I'm going to order it, it says "shipping delays are possible. Ships from 3rd party." It DID NOT say that when I ordered it two weeks ago. It said ships in 2-3 weeks. I suppose I will relax for a week and then see what's happening.Do you know if it was an in stock bumper? Some say in stock but are actually shipped from the manufacture and some are from their warehouse.
I ordered a Fishbone bumper on Monday that is drop shipped, hopefully that's a good thing? I just hope they actually send the purchase order to Fishbone though so it can be fulfilled.
While I'm one of the people in this thread that is waiting for them to refund money (in my case they told me they never charged me, my bank account says otherwise), it seems the consensus of feedback is that what Quadratec does well, they do well...but that factor is plummeting. What they do poorly, they do very, very, very poorly...and that factor is skyrocketing. It's sad to see.I've had nothing but good experiences with Quadratec. Seeing this many negative posts by so many different people is definitely a cause for concern though.

No refund so far. I was told I should have a refund in 2-6 days. It’s been more than 6 days and still nothing. I was also told someone from management would contact me the day after I requested the refund. That didn’t happen either. Quadratec has done nothing to remedy the situation. I contacted my credit card company and requested a chargeback.Any refund OP? Not buying from them will send a strong message. There are plenty of responsive internet outlets that have tremendous customer service, and the parts you need.
Forums like this (with a large membership), are great for exposing the good vendors and the bad vendors, ...and at getting the attention of the marketing people. But plummeting sales will get the attention of the Quadratec CEO, and everyone else. Just shop elsewhere.
I think they re-entered the older orders as I have the same thing. Mine is still missing some old orders and others are duplicated.What’s funny is I ordered these parts in October 2021 and the order date says March 2022. Other than that, I had no problems receiving these even the heavy LOD destroyers. They shipped very quickly and I had no problems. I just recently ordered more parts by Northridge4x4 due to this thread.

Which company? I'm wondering if I should do the same.I decided to contact the bumper manufacturer instead of Quadratec and they said they have plenty in stock, they ship next day but could not find my info. Quadratec never sent them the purchase order.
Contacted Quadratec, they gave me the PO number but again the manufacturer checked and they don't have it. Told Quadratec this and the only thing they could tell me was someone will get back to me by email.... I don't have much faith anyone will get back to me.
Lesson learned, just purchase straight from the manufacturer, the $50 savings is not worth the hassle from these guys.
