The last time I called I was told I would have a refund in 2-6 days. Yesterday was day 6. Still no refund. I guess I’ll just let the credit card company handle it.

In my humble opinion from my limited dealings with them, they are an internet based business, that has optimized things for profit, and least amount of human interaction and support.
But... that's the way every company is going. Sad to say, but get used to it. :(

What really sucks is that the bumper was on sale with them and with other vendors and now it's over $100 more so when I finally get my money back through a refund or a charge back I'll have to spend over $100 more to get the damn bumper.
I also just ordered a bumper from Quadratec that was on sale. Mine was the Fab Fours. I also have no shipping info, just "pending." I was hoping it would show up this week. Now I'm scared. I think I need to call them.

Yea, I was told they’d have some refund memo as proof for me this past Monday. I got an email this morning saying their refund department is backed up and it’s taking longer than expected but they’ll have something for me soon. So, I immediately called my credit card company and started the dispute process. Sure feels like Quadratec is circling the drain at this point.

Do you know if it was an in stock bumper? Some say in stock but are actually shipped from the manufacture and some are from their warehouse.

I ordered a Fishbone bumper on Monday that is drop shipped, hopefully that's a good thing? I just hope they actually send the purchase order to Fishbone though so it can be fulfilled.

i jinxed myself by saying I had good dealings with them!

I ordered a set of Oracle headlights and Ridgid dss lights from them and chose 2 day shipping at a premium. Both items were listed in stock when I placed my order. Now the ridgid lights showed up but no sign of headlights with a shipping “pending” notification.

No response from customer service email, not the biggest deal but when you pay for expedited shipping and the item is “in stock” an email or a phone call would be nice to explain that the item is unavailable so I can look at other options.

It was not in stock. It said 2-3 weeks to ship. I'm assuming that meant it was made to order, but I don't know.

I guess I’ll post mine too. I ordered a rear cargo mat in mid January. Received an email message it was on backorder, and then faily frequent updates saying the same until March 9th. Then radio silence after March 9th….I forgot about it until I read this thread. Guess I should call them now.

Looks like I’m joining this. I had ordered a dead pedal earlier this year for my yet to arrive JL. It was backordered for a time - the last notice I received had the pedal listed twice. I received the pedal a few weeks ago, and sent them an email about the error with the other one after not being able to reach them on the phone. Today I receive a FedEx notice that they are shipping me something, but haven’t ordered anything else recently.

I haven't had any bad experiences with Quadratec this far but I haven't ordered much from them either since I'm brand new to the Jeep community and have only owned my JL for a year now. I sure hope they step up their game because they seem to have great options for things to add onto your jeep. At least according to their catalogs.

He's not doing @Quadratec any favors by blocking me and deleting my comment. If anything, it just legitimizes @Quadratec being shady.
Sounds like everyone on here should pay the site a visit and register your same concerns/complaints. Maybe the message will be sent.
I’m too old to know how to instagram but wise enough to know the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I mean it’s common courtesy to relay back orders and delays to your customer, a lot of this stuff isn’t exactly “small ticket” I may try extreme terrain next time but I suppose I should research them first too!
