You're doing the numbers wrong. The caster isn't "out by 1.9 degrees", it's out by .1 degrees. Also, "pulling to the right" is not the same as the steering wheel being off center slightly. A pressurized steering stabilizer will cause a pull.
Can you elaborate on the pressurized steering stabilizer?

Ok, wear on the outside of the tire would be an issue of toe, but your alignment isn't out of spec. What you're describing doesn't make sense. You're showing us specs that say alignment is within spec, but your tire wear would be an out of alignment issue.

Another way of putting it is you have a document that says everything is as should be, but you're saying it doesn't drive consistent with the alignment specs.

Figure I’ll rotate the front and rear tires this weekend and see if that helps. At the moment I’m just glad I don’t have to invest in adjustable control arms. Although, I did tell the wife that if that was the case then it only made sense to just redo everything and add 2.5” lift which received a sigh and eye roll.

No, nothing wrong with tire wear on the edge of front tires. When turning, the edges of the tires are used more. They just need to be rotated.

You wouldn't see tire wear in 300 miles unless something was out of spec.

Appreciate the advice. Hind sight being 20/20, I would have had the shop rotate them today.

That's approval in my house. Go for 3.5 in. And you'll need a set of 37's on new rims too.

It’s been a few weeks, never had issues before so not sure what happened. It’s not that it wanders, just a steady pull to the right and starting to see wear on the outside of the tire
Try taking off the new steering stabilizer. If the problem goes away, you can blame it on that. If it is still there, you can rule that out. Just don't forget to put it back on when you are done testing.

When you drive straight, is your steering wheel off-center?

You wouldn't see tire wear in 300 miles even if your alignment was completely fucked. He's being paranoid and staring at rubber.
Lol, yes I am staring at it and I am paranoid. It’s one of those situations where the steering isn’t right and was before I took it in. But, with confirmation from the forum its all “good.” I know others have had steering issues, but mine has aways tracked straight, to the point where I could take my hands off the wheel and leave them off on a straight road without worry about it leaving the lane. If I did that now in 200’ I’d be in the ditch which has led to my paranoia.

Hard to say, I have a constant correction in to the left which has it slightly to the left at all times. If I let go it just slowly turns to the right with the drift.

Here's the deal, if the road is crowned a "proper" alignment will follow the crown. Meaning take it down the road, if in the right lane your Jeep drifts right when you let go of the wheel then so far so good. Now move to the left lane...if your Jeep then drifts left (following the crown) then ok, if it STILL drifts right then you need to worry.

I did this and it drifts right regardless of the lane.

Well that sucks. I'd try taking off that new steering damper and seeing if anything changes.
If it doesn't change anything I'm at a loss. From your alignment sheet everything looks good. You'll never get "perfect"...it's just not a thing unless it's a purpose built race car. Yours is "close enough" that it shouldn't be having any noticeable issues.

It's especially odd because you already have more caster on the right than you do on the left...it should be wanting to track straight even against a crown as it is now.
