That's not true anymore re: no alcohol sales in MA on Sunday.
Sorry, it's been a few years since I worked up there. I remember my co-workers having to drive to NH during NFL playoffs about 10 years ago.

As cool as it is can't figure out how this is road legal in PA

PA is in some ways different states - Metro and Rural. I live in a rural town and passed three Side by sides and an off-road golf cart on an errand this afternoon. None of these are street-legal, and I really don’t think anyone cares.

It's like in Texas we are suppose to display our front license plates. I haven't had one on my last 2 vehicles... the last 6-7 years. Probably 20% of the vehicles around town don't have theirs mounted either. It just all depends on what cop pulls you over and what mood their in, right? Lol!
To a degree, yes, depends on the officer.

Two important little words, however: Predicate stop.

It goes down hill from there....

OP just lives in the wrong part of PA...filthadelphia area :puke:. lol

There's a local township cop here that I've seen park his naked TJ at work/cop shop. That tells ya something about how different this state can be pending on the area you live in.

And lots of tires way out past fenders here too .

That is a silly law, might as well ban all motorcycles as well. Cops have discretion over this stuff all day long, they are just assholes about it and are pushed to write tickets for revenue.

Like window tint, bumper height, loud pipes, aux lighting, etc. it's always been enforced selectively. No, there was NOT a law passed to change it,it was a bill that expired and was never signed.
BTW: PA cannot enforce there MV inspection codes to vehicles registered out of state.

Well, I got pulled over for no doors in Pennsylvania by a local cop in my neighborhood. Not pleased at all. Was told it is illegal in Pennsylvania and next time it will be points and a hefty fine. He gave me the option of going to get my doors back on or the ticket. The cop was hard assed and looked for every infraction. Needless to say, I am afraid my days of riding doorless are one until we move. Doubt I’ll still own the Jeep by then.
From what I gather from watching popular YouTube channels, Pennsylvania has turned into the California of the East. I'm glad I don't live there. The authorities and I would clash really bad.

PA just sucks in general. My brother lives there and absolutely hates it (Has a good job otherwise he would be out)
