There is a long thread about driving odorless in PA on the WranglerForum. I'd suggest checking it out. I don't remember the outcome but do know PA is one of the least jeep friendly states.

Busy bodies come up with asinine laws and some rules were made to be brokenThey enforce the law. Don't like the law then you need to talk to a different group. I don't live in PA and I knew about the law. Ignorance of the law does not make you innocent.
I thought I saw that it was amended as well to the effect that doorless driving was permitted as long as no-one under the age of 18 was in the vehicle. Something to that nature. I'm going to search for it as well.I just talked to someone about this. Can't remember if it was here or the other wrangler forums but he thought that law was amended last year in February. I'll see if I can find it. He actually carries a copy of it with him to prove that he can now drive with doors off. I did see that the PA State Police is going to crack down on vehicles with tires that extend beyond the fenders. I thought 1.5" past was ok but apparently it isn't and you can't get your vehicle legally inspected if the tires stick out. Here in Clearfield County there are a ton of vehicles with tires sticking out well beyond. Guy down the street has a truck with tires that stick out at least 5". Of course this is State Police, local police don't enforce it 'yet'.
Those are the "nanny states". They think Joe Public isn't smart enough to care themselves, so they need a shitload of laws for their safety.Busy bodies come up with asinine laws and some rules were made to be broken

Thanks! I thought I was going crazy. I remembered it mentioning driving under 55 mph, yada yada.
That's not true anymore re: no alcohol sales in MA on Sunday.NJ also. No alcohol sales on Sunday in Massachusetts.
There are now some gas stations in Pennsylvania that can sell beer, but they have to have a "seating" area, or dine-in setup. Beer is still to go. Not all do it. I still hate its alcohol laws overall, and the Jeep door policy. Is Pennsylvania the one state where there is no beer available at the gas stations ?I remember when I used to drive up to Canada from Florida and thirsty as a sailor I would ask for beer at a gas pump in the Keystone state and the attendants answer was so crushing NOPE SIR . You know I could live with the door law but don't take away my beer.
Agreed, and don't forget the fender rule too! There are now some gas stations in Pennsylvania that can sell beer, but they have to have a "seating" area, or dine-in setup. Beer is still to go. Not all do it. I still hate its alcohol laws overall, and the Jeep door policy.
