PSC hydraulic assist upgrade

PSC has redesigned the High pressure hose and it is supposed to help fix the fluid noise problem. I ordered one last week (it was $60) and expect it any day. I will install it asap and report back.

Northridge4x4 did their magic like always and I got a new reservoir in 2 days.

Did the new hose make any difference?

After waiting for the hose for 2 weeks I followed up with PSC. I was now told the hose was not a fix for the fluid noise and it also is only an update for the 3.6 engine (I have the 2.0). So now I’m back to square one. They did say to check back in a few weeks, they have one specific engineer that’s working on this but he’s was in Moab for EJS.

I have the updated hoses installed with my kit so expect it to still have a fluid noise.

Has anyone done a draglink flip with the PSC setup? I’m running into issue with my Rusty’s trackbar pushing up into the large steering box. Have Synergy brackets on both ends.

I think I’d sell the Rustys tb, and get the RK tb.
the bend on the RK is more horizontal than vertical………

Agreed. RK is still stupid close and needs to be clearanced.
