I’ve been running PSC hydro assist for awhile with the Metal cloak steering system. I bent my tie rod a few days ago on a rock, just slightly. I’m thinking about going aluminum which would either be 1 7/8 RK or maybe 2” from RPM.
I'm running a rock jock mount for the PSC on the axle end and it barely clears the steering I have now so I’m worried about what will or won’t fit. What are y’all running brackets and steering wise?

I have UD60's and welded the brackets on the axle side.
I run the new fusion 4x4 steering setup with their new F-ton forgings, which have anti-flop on all four ends (drag link and tie rod). I actually like that they use 1.75" aluminum, as I needed all the room I could get, not sure I could have done it with 2" bars the same way.

I do like RK's steering as well.

I’m running RK pro x steering, and there’s no axle side stabilizer bracket that will work…. I’m not running PSC, but I am running my stabilizer relocated to the tie rod…..I had to modify the MC axle side bracket to make it work…..

Thats a bummer, what if you flipped the draglink? I'm running a 4.5" coil spring so that maybe an option for me

Yes, they were designed to run with stabilizer in the factory location, or with flipped drag link…The bars are pretty sweet, and their short compact ends that make them stronger, also tightens up the space down there…….I turned a MC bracket upside down and modified it…… it’s working great so far…..

Nice! Is RK's ends not have as much of an offset as RPMs because they are shorter? Seems like those guys run relocated shocks pretty easy

Yes, it’s because of the ends …. The other company’s are longer with more of a radius that separates them more creating more space……. You can see how close the bars are in this pic……another sweet perk, it costs 20.00 ish to rebuild them……

Thats a nice rig! Was it hitting the tie rod or the draglink? I may just run the tie rod for now and worry about the draglink later

Thanks…. Yeah, actually hitting the drag link….there’s just not enough room between them when you turn to lock … I tried Synergy bolt, Clayton, Yeti, Rock Jock and MC (conventionally) they all hit……
