You do it as a group buy. Take orders, collect money, then you have them made and ship out. This is your work, you should sell them and make a profit.I'll punch out one hundred, sell ten, and they'll be on Amazon for ten bucks a piece. I think I'll just put the plans out there. Sorry folks, I'm not in the fabrication business, so I don't know the right asses to tickle.
So, the bucket incorporates a non standard plug that then, internally, changes back to the standard plug. Now, we could cut the plugs off, but I'm not a big fan of cutting factory harnesses. I'll be looking for the bucket side, that's going to be the hardest part.I will be grateful with any drawings you share.
I'm also curious how plugging them in will work. I believe both the JK and JL halogen use a H13 bulb so any JK harness or lights should plug right into the JL?
good job!! awesomeness... keep us all posted!I ordered two 7" headlight adapters for a Harley Davidson, installed one light into a bracket, and have measured a template out. I'm going to make these out of steel or diamond plate aluminum, but I want it to be easy and repeatable. I'll post pictures of my progress and the final install.
I think there are/will be many of us that traded up, but want our old aftermarket lights. That and there are also a lot of 7" LED fixtures that are far cheaper than what is available now.
