I didn't have the issue with the stock pan. Started up after the pan swap. I think it allows too much fluid to the back of the pan. It doesn't keep fluid where it needs to be at an incline. I'd like to fully understand the inside of the transmission. Why does it go to drive 6th gear? Does it have something to do with where it pulls fluid from? Anybody really understand the 8 speed transmission? Please chime in.
