I am not mechanically inclined so take with a grain of salt....... someone posted here that the springs are “left and right” .... you have a tag on one of them..... it has the part number...... is it on the correct side?
They're definitely on the correct sides. The red tag is supposed to be driver (I think).

I am looking for direction here.
Has anyone with the spring bow had a dealer receptive to fix/swap parts at no cost of the lift was installed at a 4x4 shop?

You can clearly see the springs a rubbing my bump stops. This is very unacceptable and on top of that Mopar is claiming the bow was intentional.
Very upset.

Thats insane lol. First it looks like you need an adjustable track bar, second, you need new springs

That isolator looks like it might be collapsed, but I can’t see the back side of it. You should get some rock krawler spring isolators and put them on. I’ve never seen that much bow, somethings definitely off there. This is what it should look like with the rk isolator

I am having the exact same issue. I just installed the Mopar lift kit myself. I spoke with the dealership and they didn't know how to fix it. They also escalated it up to chrysler and told me it's not safe to drive. Does anyone have a fix?

Where are your bumpstop bases? Is it just a bad picture? I cant really see any bow. Maybe one from the front?

I’d be cautious driving that. That has to give a rough ride with it making contact. Hard to say what happened with install but maybe the shop didn’t install the top rubber isolator. That’s a really bad bow. Even when it’s fixed for you, if it were me I’d add an adjustable track bar.
