What year is your wrangler?I installed and recommend the Curt 13392.
To accommodate fitment of two of the provided receiver hitch bolts, I did have to use a rotary tool with a coarse sanding drum to enlarge two of the corresponding frame crossmember holes. It required maybe five minutes to get both of them squared away.
The installation instructions did also suggest lowering the muffler to create necessary working space. With a bit of precision wiggling, though, the Curt hitch was positioned and secured in place without having to touch the muffler.

Note that you'll not want to exceed the vehicle's rated tongue weight and towing ability (as stated in the Owner's Manual), no matter if a particular hitch advertises a higher figure for either metric.
