the only option my Rubicon didn't have was the tow package, don't plan on doing much towing so it was not a deal breaker. But I did want to be able to install a biker carrier using a receiver. So I order the JL receiver from moparparts online. it arrived today and 30 minutes later I installed it, very straight forward 4 bolts and 2 nuts, the receiver has 2 nuts welded to it, and you don't have to remove the bumper (I have the steel bumper)
