Please help identify this transfer case

You'll need to find a transfer case with one of these part numbers to swap your 2018 to the 4:1 part time transfer case. These are part numbers from a 2018 rubicon with the DHW sales code indicating it has the transfer case you're looking for. No idea what's up with the one you purchased, but if it doesn't bolt up it's the wrong application. It appears you got the 68240441AC, so it should bolt right up. Possible installation error? dunno
