Please help: code p012d

2021 2.0 turbo engine had code p0017 replaced camshaft position sensor and put it back together. That code is gone but now I have a p012d and it's says service electronic throttle soon. Its also stuck in limp mode.

Did you find an answer? I'm chasing a similar issue, all codes seem to be fixable but dealer said I either need timing or a new engine.

P012D-TURBOCHARGER/SUPERCHARGER INLET AIR PRESSURE SENSOR 1 CIRCUIT HIGH

This is a wiring issue with the inlet boost sensor. Either the module, the sensor, or the wiring in between. It has nothing to do with the timing or engine.

I know it has nothing to do with timing and I was asking what OP solution was ...... I have this code. I don't have any timing codes and I can look up the code and it tells me the same thing you did. Thanks but no thanks.

.....That's the repair procedure. Do you think a code just tells you what to replace? Diagnostic doesn't work like that.

Check resistance of the wiring and pin tension. If that is good then replace the sensor. If it comes back replace the module.

I know how diagnostics work, I am an AG tech I deal with equipment that is 10 times more complicated than the auto world. Which I was in before AG. I have done everything to diagnose the problem to no avail I sent it to the dealer in the summer because I work 80+ hours a week and they wanted to tell me they would suggest timing and if that didn't fix it replace the engine........ Hence why I am am asking someone what THEY NOT YOU found that was causing said code. You know like experienced techs do when they have hit a wall.....
