DRL issue, please help.

Hi Jeep Owners,

i recently bought and installed these lights, seemed pretty straightforward so did it myself right on my driveway. Installed it exactly like the lady explained it on the video but I am having a weird situation. When I am on DRLs, they go on and go off for three times, and after that they just stay off, as well as my driver side turn light signal.

i tapped into the brown/white cable on the fender for the DRL and the white and green one for the turn signals. Everything is fine but my DRL’s.

Notice on the video how the whole right side shuts off. (((

I dont think I understood any of this …

i installed these Skyline headlights following the manufacturer instructions and video, here it is:

I have everything as is. I tapped into the brown/yellow wire for the DRL, green/white for turn signals. Everything works as should BUT when DRLs on, they shut off including the driver’s side turn light.

Those are for the jeep fender lights. Details which light in the fender harness is for each action on the turn signal. Do the reverse of what you were doing. I missed the point on what you were actually doing. I thought you were installing the DRLs.

Is there a way I can contact you outside this thread so I can be more specific and send the entire video? I cant do it through here.

Let me watch that video in the morning with fresh eyes, and yes you can send me any information you have via direct message , I’m sure there are folks who have encountered this issue. It’ll get sorted out
