Please Explain... Mopar Swing Gate Reinforcement

Could anyone please share the approx cost to install the Mopar hinge reinforcement on a Wrangler JL at a Jeep dealer? I'm sure its expensive than getting it done at a local mom-and-pop shop but I'm trying to get an idea to see what it takes to keep the factory warranty intact.

I found a knock off on Amazon identical to the Mopar reinforcement for 1/5 of the price; paid $109.

I honestly can't tell the difference. It even has an indentation for the Mopar Parts badge.

Installing the reinforcement is very easy. If I can do it, you can do it.

Now, it would be great if someone can explain why this darn thing is so expensive!!! It's a piece of aluminum! $600+ seems excessive. Add another $200+ for the Mopar riser.......WOW.

It’s all about the badge , mine just had it so the option was a bonus. Definitely beefy from the door hinge over.
