Mopar Swing Gate Reinforcement Removal

I was under the impression 85 was with the reinforcement, maybe I'm wrong.
Still need to validate my number before going anywhere.

Did the set change this weekend, winter tire are at 82 LBS and summer are at a 95 lbs, ya I need some reinforcement here.
