After a really positive experience a few years ago, I had no hesitation in going back to @pixeldecals Pixel Decals for some new hood decals.
It's now 11 weeks since I paid for my order and there is absolutely no sign of anything ever arriving.
I've been patient and I've been polite and I absolutely hate to have to give companies negative feedback but this has now become a joke and it's not very funny.
I've been given the run around by Pixel Decals and I'm fed up of having to contact them (twice ignored) to find out what's going on.
I've asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund - this takes minutes but I'm still waiting. So much so that I've now had to go to my bank so that they can get involved.
I'm sorry Pixel Decals but this is an appalling way to conduct business in this day and age. You told me that there was illness running through your household and then you were in hospital. I feel for you, I really do and I'm sorry for your poor health but please in future, just be honest with your customers.
Don't make promises you have no intention of keeping, it looks bad and leaves a really sour taste.
I recommended you to many people here in the UK and to other members on this and other Jeep forums but never again.
