A couple of weeks ago I was taking my F-N-L's trailer back to his house. I had my iPhone 16 Pro on the phone mount from previous owner. It was a fairly cheap mount.
I was driving on a 2 lane curvy road. I have my doors off but have tube doors on it. My phone goes flying out the passenger side and skips across the road, I get out and grab it. Luckily you can't even tell it flew out. I decided I would spend the money and get the Bulletpoint setup. They had a sale plus I got a free coffee mug and bottle opener. Here is a picture of the setup. The Mag safe holder really holds the phone on there.

Is that the charging version or just the MagSafe mount? I like the charging idea but not the wire swinging in the breeze.

I put power at the Rubigrid so the cable is tiny. Ran one for my phone and GoPro. The other mount is for my GPS and it has power in it.

What bracket is that for your radio mic?
I have a Sahara, so I don't have those exposed bolts that are normally used for a mount.

Ram Tough Track mounting plate then parted together whatever mounts I need from there based on the trip. I just need to put a USB power port under the Tough Track to power the tablet when in use.

I also use the Chubby cable magnetic data/charge cable so I don’t have to plug and unplug, just attach the magnetic end. I also use a 90 degree USB so the port cover can close a bit and keep the cable out of the way.

I installed two of these:

https://www.bulletpointmountingsolu...er-supply-to-dual-port-usb-c-usb-a-qc-4-0-kit

They're inexpensive and have been flawless in performance and mine came with dust covers.

I had them installed by my local jeep shop, who ran power up through the top of the dash.
Bulletpoint is a Chinese company that likes putting American flags on their products.

Buy Made in the US instead from the original company that Bulletpoint ripped off: 67Designs.com

I realize that you're probably making a broader statement about your feelings about buying American vs foreign, rather than making a direct response to my posts, but since you quoted me, perhaps you should look closer at my posts in this thread, which include photos that show that I am using 67 Designs products in conjunction with the Rubigrid and usb products from Bulletpoint. Furthermore, in doing a search of 67 Designs website, I do not see any USB power products such as I was referencing and have purchased and am using. While I can't speak to what you believe Bulletpoint ripped off (as you gave no details), I can state that the Rubigrid is vastly different than the 55 Rail (which I own) from 67 Designs. It was specifically because of the innovative approach from Bulletpoint that I have a conglomeration of both brands products.
